By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

By using this website, you confirm that:

3. Our Products

Zi. Origin offers modern silver jewellery designed with a global aesthetic sensibility. All pieces are handcrafted or carefully curated. Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to the artisanal nature of silver jewellery and differences in screen calibration.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices on the Zi. Origin website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued for every order.

We reserve the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of your order placement is the price you will be charged, and this remains binding regardless of any subsequent change.

For orders placed via EMI or Pay Later options, the product price is fixed at the time of placement. Processing fees, interest, and financing charges are governed by your lending partner's terms, for which Zi. Origin bears no responsibility.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and others)
• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for select pin codes; a nominal convenience fee applies and will be disclosed at checkout
• EMI & Pay Later options (subject to your bank or lending partner's eligibility criteria)

Zi. Origin does not store your card or banking details. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please write to care@ziorigin.com with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, and the Return & Exchange Policy will govern.

Zi. Origin reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion — for example, in the event of a pricing error, product unavailability, or a concern regarding the order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

7. Order Placement & Confirmation

An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive a formal Order Confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.

In the event of a pricing error or product unavailability, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an appropriate alternative.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zi. Origin website — including brand identity, photography, editorial copy, product designs, and visual assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of Zi Luxury Brands Private Limited and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zi. Origin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Note: This limitation does not apply to disputes raised under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, where consumer forums retain the authority to award remedies beyond the purchase price.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

12. Amendments & Version History

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date and version number. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Archived versions of these Terms are maintained internally and are available on request.
